Here’s how!!! Set small, measurable, goals that’ll help you get to your OVERALL larger goal. Try setting weekly targets for yourself – adjust when necessary- but keep your eye on the prize! Also, try keeping a food and exercise journal… track how much you’re eating – sometimes you don’t realize how those small bites can add up.
Create accountability! Enlist the support of your friends and family. Having a support network is critical to your progress and success. Keep nutritious foods on hand and ready to eat. Preparation is the key! Having fresh vegetables and fruits, lean protein, healthy fats and smart carbs each week is the best way staying on track.
